Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, booking a service, or purchasing a membership or gift card from Valencia Car Wash & Oil Change ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our Services
We provide car wash, auto detailing, ceramic coating, oil change, and related automotive services at our Valencia location. Service availability, pricing, and features may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer at our discretion.
Appointments & Bookings
Appointments booked online or by phone are subject to availability and confirmation. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled. Detailing and ceramic coating services may require additional time depending on vehicle size and condition.
Pricing & Payment
- Advertised prices and coupon discounts are subject to change and may vary by vehicle size, condition, or requested add-ons.
- Oversized, specialty, or excessively dirty vehicles may incur additional charges.
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards and other posted payment methods.
- Taxes and fees are not included unless otherwise stated.
Re-Clean Promise
If you are not happy with a wash or detail, tell a team member before you leave the property and we will re-clean the service you paid for at no extra charge.
- Applies to the same vehicle, the same day, at the location where the service was purchased.
- Covers a re-clean of the service purchased only. It is not a refund, credit, or money-back offer, and has no cash value.
- Does not cover pre-existing damage, wear, oxidation, road tar, tree sap, pet hair, or conditions disclosed as not removable before service.
- Oversized, heavily soiled, or specialty vehicles may be quoted separately.
- Re-clean is at the discretion of the manager on duty and is limited to one per service.
Memberships & Subscriptions
- Monthly membership plans are billed automatically to your credit/debit card each month, per vehicle.
- Prices may change with a posted 30-day notice.
- You or management may cancel a membership at any time at the cashier or by email. Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current cycle.
- One vehicle per membership unless otherwise agreed.
Coupons & Promotions
Coupons must be presented at the time of service, one per visit, and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless stated. Coupons have no cash value and are void where prohibited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offer at any time without prior notice.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable for services and products at our location. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and are treated as cash if lost or stolen.
Vehicle Condition & Liability
- Please remove valuables and personal items before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Inspect your vehicle before leaving. Claims for alleged damage must be reported to management before you exit the premises.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose or aftermarket parts, or damage to vehicles not in sound mechanical condition.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Customer Conduct
Customers must follow staff instructions and posted safety rules on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone behaving unsafely, abusively, or unlawfully.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — logos, text, images, and design — is the property of Valencia Car Wash & Oil Change or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
