A full-service wash includes a vacuum, wash, and hand dry by a professional detailer while you wait. An express wash is a drive-thru wash with a free self-vacuum and express dry while you stay in your car.
A car wash cleans your car through the automated tunnel with a basic interior vacuum and wipe. A detail is a deeper clean — a complete detail includes exterior clay bar, orbital polish/buff with hand wax, and interior shampoo and conditioner. It costs more and takes longer, but your car comes out much cleaner.
